Flourish Furniture Pty Ltd ACN trading as 623 238 086 Flourish Furniture is fully committed to respecting your privacy.

PAYMENT AND STORAGE

Full payment for products must be made at the time of purchase or, if agreed by Flourish Furniture, a deposit of 20% may be paid with the remaining payment made prior to delivery being arranged. You must collect or take delivery of the products within 14 days from the day that we notify you that they are available. If you fail to do so, we may charge storage fees of $50 per delivery per week. For orders that have not being collected or delivered for more than 6 months Flourish Furniture is entitled to cancel the order and deposit will not be refunded.

DELIVERY AND PICK UP

Delivery charges and estimated times will depend on where your product is being delivered. You must ensure the correct delivery address and access details are provided to us. We shall use all reasonable endeavors to meet the estimated delivery date; however you agree that Flourish Furniture is not and will not be liable for any loss or damage; however it arises, if the products are not delivered after the estimated delivery date. You must ensure correct delivery address details are provided to Flourish Furniture at the time of order placement and notify us in advance if there will be difficulties accessing the delivery address (e.g. staircases or narrow passages). You are responsible for ensuring there is adequate access and entry to the premises at the delivery address to allow for the delivery and layout of the Products. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Products will only be delivered if a person aged over 18 years and able to accept delivery is at the delivery address. We will not responsible for any damages occurred at customer’s premises during delivery. For customers who choose to pick up their orders by themselves or by their authorized agents, Flourish Furniture will not be responsible for goods that are damaged during handling and delivery process.

RETURNS AND CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.  We recommend that you check any proposed orders in person at the Flourish Furniture showrooms or online on the checkout page, whichever is applicable to you, before purchasing the Products. If you cancel your order where:

-the Products are clearance stock items; or the manufacture of your Products has commenced; or you do not accept delivery of your Products, You agree to pay a cancellation fee up to the entire purchase price of the Products plus all costs and losses incurred by Flourish Furniture associated with storage and handling fees, at Flourish Furniture’s discretion. We accept no returns, refunds or exchanges on clearance or sale items.

WARRANTY AND CONSUMER GUARANTEES

All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Flourish Furniture warrants 12 months for all products excluding floor stocks or repaired stocks. Customer are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major manufacture failure. However, this Warranty will not apply if:

(a) The product has not been used or maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions as provided with the product and/or any relevant care instructions. (b) The customer uses the product in an abnormal manner for example if the product is abused, misused,  dropped, crushed, impacted with any hard surface, exposed to heat (including fire) or cold, not maintained properly or used after partial failure.(c) The product has been modified, incorrectly adjusted or operated, subjected to incorrect electrical supply or used with inappropriate accessories. (e) Flourish Furniture will not responsible for any accidents or incidents occurred due to inappropriate usage of our products at customers’ home.
